Relational Youth Work
Relational youth work alongside the young people of Oban and the surrounding area is central to the purpose of H2O. The opportunities to simply "be" part of the life of Oban High School are foundational to H2O's role as "accompanists", fellow journeyers, listeners and informal educators. The work takes place anywhere and everywhere, from the canteen to the corridors, in school or outside school. In a community the size of Oban for youth workers to not work relationally is simply not an option.
